Restaurants

When I go to a restaurant to eat, I go for both the food and the experience. As such, there are quite a few restaurants which will have some GF possibilities, or even ones with GF menus. However, restaurants for which the idea behind "GF fare" is NO SAUCE aren't really trying. I'm really only interested in putting the better restaurants here.

Rodizio Grill 600 South 700 East Salt Lake City, UT 84102 (801) 220-0500 http://www.rodiziogrill.com	Rodizio is a Brazilian Steakhouse, where meat is served to you tableside on skewers. A substantial portion of the meat, as well as a large number of the salads are gluten free. You can also get Brazilian cheese bread (pao de queijo), wonderful rolls which are naturally gluten free, as they are made with tapioca flour. Expensive, but a wonderful meal.
Mc Grath's Fish House 10590 South State Street Sandy, UT 84070-4109 (801) 571-1905 http://www.mcgrathsfishhouse.com/	A good sized GF menu, including some non-seafood entries, for those who don't like fish. Decently priced, too.
Maddox Ranch House: The Lodge 1950 S Highway 89 Brigham City, UT 84302-4119 (435) 723-5935 https://www.maddoxfinefood.com/	Wonderful steaks, seafood - homestyle American food. A great place to eat, especially if you are headed north. We stop any time we go through Brigham City.
Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano 194 South 400 West Salt Lake City, UT 84101 (801) 596-7222 http://www.biaggis.com/	An extensive GF menu, including pasta and pizza. Only slightly expensive.
Eleanor's Bake Shop 9495 South 560 West Sandy, UT 84070 (801) 563-7466 http://eleanorsbakeshop.blogspot.com/p/daily-menu.html	The entire bakery is gluten free, run by celiacs. Their bread is wonderful in both flavor and texture, and their cake pops are to die for. You can go for lunch or early dinner, as they make sandwiches on arepas (Venezuelan bread). The BBQ beef brisket is brilliant! It's just a tad pricey, and a little hard to find, as it is nestled in a warehouse district. But it's worth it if you can find it.
